Palm Sunday Service On Sunday, March 24, the Popham Chapel will conduct its first Palm Sunday service. Rev. Janet Leighninger will lead the service. The service will be held at 10:00 AM. Following the service there will be social hour in the Chapel House where refreshments will be served. On Easter Sunday, March 31, the following service are scheduled. Easter Sunrise Service The Phippsburg Community Easter Sunrise Service, an annual tradition for the Popham Chapel, Small Point Baptist Church, and the Phippsburg Congregational UCC Church, will be held this year at Phippsburg Congregational Church, 10 Church Lane (off Parker Head Road) at 6:00. There will be a public breakfast following the service at about 6:30 AM. Officiating will be the ministers of the three congregations, Rev. Mark Wilson, Rev. Daniel Coffin, and Rev. Janet Leighninger. Easter Service At 10:00 AM the Popham Chapel will hold its traditional Easter service. Rev. Janet Leighninger will lead us in worship for the first time. Richard Hankinson returns to share his music with the congregation at both Palm Sunday and Easter services. Episcopal Services 8:00 a.m. Sunday Morning The first Sunday in July through the last Sunday in August Rev. John Beaven Officiating Inter-denominational Services 10:00 a.m. Sunday Morning The last Sunday in May through the last Sunday in September Rev. Janet Leighninger officiating.
